Further information from documents, contracts to the progress of maintenance works and inspection reports can be downloaded from our additional landlord portal. All private log in information passed onto you when you sign up.

No, all viewings will be accompanied by a representative from Catford Investments LTD.
The property will be presented in a professional manner by the attendee and the viewer will be shown around carefully. After the viewing is complete the property will be locked up and viewing feedback will be completed as soon as the member of staff returns to the office.

As a company we have created a compliance check sheet which includes everything you need to become a fully complied landlord, after this checklist has been completed your property will now be ready for a tenant to move in. We will also keep you up to date with any legislation changes and inform you if you are in need for any certificate renewals.
